I perform comprehensive biomechanical analyses based on video recordings, available online. During remote consultations, I either record the client’s movements via webcam or analyze provided exercise videos using open-source body pose estimation libraries and tools such as Kinovea.
The analysis includes measurements of joint angular velocity, segmental movement speeds, and tracking of the center of mass trajectory throughout different phases of movement. These data enable objective monitoring of training progress, identification of asymmetries, and optimization of rehabilitation or sports training programs.
